IN MEMORY - John Wagner
John was a wonderful man of God who had a desire to produce a website for the church. Bro. John was cherised by all who knew him and his passing came quickly and as a surprise to us all. He was ready to go, and we know that John's purpose here on earth was complete, even though it left a void in all our lives. It is in honor of him and his family that homeavechurch.org has been created. We all miss Bro. John dearly; and look forward to being with him again in Heaven.
IN MEMORY- Pastor Steve Cable
Pastor Cable came to Home Ave. First Church of God in August of 1985. For nearly 25 years he served the Lord as the Pastor at Home Ave. Church. Countless lives have been changed as a result of Pastor Cable's ministry and love for the Lord. With his promotion to eternal life he left behind a legacy that continues to live on at Home Ave. First Church of God. We thank the Lord for giving us such a sweet and loving pastor. We look forward to seeing him in Heaven as well. Therefore this website is also dedicated in memory of Pastor Cable.
